What to expect during your Business Headshots Photography Session at our Orlando Photography Studio:

• Every session begins with a one-on-one consultation over the phone. During your personal call, we talk about your goals, your company, your unique personality, and what you’re hoping to achieve with your headshots. We will also go over what to wear, and how to prepare yourself for a successful photo shoot.

• During your session, we will choose a backdrop that goes perfectly with your outfit, skin tone, and business needs. Once we get settled and set up, the fun begins! For a standard Business Headshot Session, we will shoot for 50-60 images so you are sure to easily find a favorite. In fact, my goal is to capture so many excellent shots, that we have a hard time choosing! I want you to feel well-represented and delighted with your professional portraits.

• You will receive a link to view all of your images within 24 hours of your session. Once you’ve picked your favorite or favorites, I will get them perfected in Photoshop and sent back to you in several formats for immediate use on your professional website, social media, and print materials.

   Your images will be delivered to your inbox within just 24 hours of your session! Then, once you’ve chosen your favorite headshot (or headshots!), I will have them edited and delivered via email within 48 hours of your selection.

2. Do you travel?
   Yes! For Personal Branding Sessions, we often go to several locations to get the shots we need. In a corporate setting, I will bring my studio to location for company headshot sessions where there are several employees to be photographed. Travel is included for corporate events up to 20 miles from Windermere, but I can offer a special rate if your location is further.

3. How will I receive my headshots?
   Via email in several formats. For corporate headshots in Orlando, I provide the full version, a cropped version, and a LinkedIn-ready version.

4. Do you offer hair and makeup?
   Yes! You can add professional hair and makeup to your order and we will provide one of Orlando’s top stylists to get you ready for your session. She will also stay during the session to ensure your makeup stays fresh, and your hair stays smooth.

5. What should I wear for my corporate headshot session?
   Wear what you would wear to meet with your most important client. I recommend bringing a minimum of 2 outfits that we can choose from. We will also discuss what options would work best for your needs based on what you are trying to communicate in your headshot. I have several rules and tips that I will provide to ensure your outfit is going to be just right. Above all, make sure your outfit fits you very well. Baggy and boxy clothing, or wrinkled clothing, does not photograph well.
