Setting up the studio
Based on the answers to your questions, goals, and ideas, I will get to work preparing my space for your needs.
We will provide lighting that helps you look your best and communicate your personality in a beautiful, powerful way.
The backdrop or background will be specifically chosen and tailored to you - perfect for your needs and goals.
Getting professional hair/makeup? Our artist will be set up and ready for your arrival.
Preparing you to look your best
Every professional hopes to look their absolute best for headshots. Preparation is key and I am here to help! I will guide you through how to prepare for your session.
Do you want professional hair/makeup?
We will talk about what to wear for headshots (and what NOT to wear for your portraits).
You will receive information about how to prepare your clothing, skin, and hair for success.
Every client will receive a Prep Guide with examples and ideas on outfits and everything you need to know before your session.
Delivering your images
Your full set of portraits will be presented online, giving you plenty of time to pick your favorites.
Your chosen images will be edited to perfection in Photoshop. My goal is a naturally perfect edit that will be timeless and clean.
Your images will be edited and ready for you just 24-48 hours after you have selected your favorites.
You will receive your images in high resolution, web resolution, and often in special cropped versions, such as for LinkedIn or social media.
Our Session Options are available for individual professionals, small business owners, and entire teams.
In my natural light Orlando Photography Studio, I have the ability to tailor your photoshoot so that your headshot will represent you - beautifully.
Now, you don’t have to worry about how you are going to look in your headshots.
It’s not unusual for me to hear from a client that they don’t think they are photogenic. I get it! In fact, even when I am in front of the camera, I am nervous about how I’m going to look. I have places that, let’s be honest, could use a slim-down, my skin isn’t perfect, I have wrinkles, and I don’t really know how to pose when I am on the other side of the camera. In the end, I just want to look like my best self. I want to look GOOD!
We can use full natural light, full photography studio lighting, or a combination of both in order to best suit your needs and create engaging, attractive portraits.
I have spent the better part of my career learning best lighting, poses, props, and backdrops in order to make every body type, skin type, and personality shine. I never want you to feel ashamed of your photo or worried about sharing - my goal is that you immediately go home and post that photo everywhere you can! I want you to feel proud of how you look, and the best part is, we will accomplish this type of excellence in camera! While I do re-touch blemishes and correct lighting issues, our focus will be to photograph you authentically. We want your headshots to look like YOU.

I bring my studio to YOUR location, and we will capture a full set of corporate headshots that everyone loves.
Every corporate session includes a photography assistant to keep things running smoothly.
You can choose between 4 simple, timeless backdrops: gray, white, black, or ivory.
Each person will receive a full 5 minutes with me one-on-one so that we can capture beautiful smiles and attractive photos. Often, corporate event headshot photographer only allow 1-2 minutes per employee, making the headshots feel forced and stiff. We opt for a more personal approach — our goal is that every person loves their headshots, and your company message shines through.
Each session is tailored to your business and branding. From backdrop and lighting to expression and posing, we want to make sure that your business message is made clear through the portraits of your team.
Each employee’s personality will show through, as we continue to shoot for your company’s brand and message. We don’t do cookie-cutter headshots!
After the session, you will receive a link that you can share with your team (or whomever is responsible for choosing the winning images). Once you’ve chosen your favorite shot per person, we will retouch your photos and provide you with the perfected headshots within 5 days.
Your perfected headshots are provided in full resolution, web resolution, and also a square-crop LinkedIn version if you like!

Real Estate Group Photography
The Fowler Group was photographed in two locations: one in the studio for their adjustable group photo, and also on location later that year at one of the model homes they had a relationship with. This model home perfectly represented the type of residence this real estate group tends to list and show.
I am normally going to recommend having your real estate portraits taken at a location that represents your team. This environment better helps us tell your story and immediately communicates what your business is about.

Because I live in central Florida, I often photograph the coolest people who work in the entertainment industry of Orlando. Family Portraits
I work with families to create studio-style portraits designed to be timeless and stunning. Whether indoor or outdoor, my family portraits will have professional lighting and are for up to 6 family members! I would love to meet your family and capture your memories professionally. My family portrait sessions happen only twice a year and tend to book out a couple of months in advance. Looking for Fall Family Photos or Family Photos for Christmas Cards? Get your call in by August to book your portrait session in early November. Only a handful of spots are open during each season.

I also love being a photographer for doctors in Florida, dentists, orthodontist offices, and dermatologists. We will create headshots that are clean, crisp, friendly, and very professional.
The Even Group is a team of doctors that has created a full health program with state-of-the-art health supplements. This team was a dream to work with! We were able to capture headshots that were clean and bright, as well as a group shot that truly showcased how professional, modern, and great they are at what they do. We also got photos of their products and individual headshots of each Doctor. This team was fully branded by the end of our fun day of shooting!
