Yes, to book a session and reserve your date, I do require payment in full before the session.
If you would like to do a 50% deposit to book, and then pay the remaining balance two days before the session, that is an option! Just let me know and I will create a custom invoice for you that allows for partial payment.
Deposits are non-refundable.

For company headshot sessions, I require a 7-day notice to cancel and receive a refund.
If you notify me 6 days or less before our session date, you forfeit your payment and no reschedule will be offered.
It is very important to have your date finalized before we book you into the schedule for a company headshot session.

Yes!
If you want a group shot, all together at once, we will shoot on an outdoor background at your location in a shaded are using natural light. This is a $500 add-on (assuming you are able to secure a location for us to work in), or a $650 add-on if you need me to scout the grounds for a spot to shoot the group photo at.
If you prefer to do a composite image, where we photograph each team member individually and put everyone together for the team photo in post production, this is a $875 add-on. This is a great choice for companies who may need additional team member added or removed without having to shoot everyone at once again. This is for Orlando-based companies only. Future team members can come to my home studio in Orlando and be added to the composite for $125 per person.

Prices start at $600 for a half-day event.

The session fee includes up to 15 team members. Any team members beyond 15 are $65ea. — we will do a final count and have you complete payment for additional team members 2 days before the session.
